This is Cynthia (or Shirona if you're in Japan) from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for the Nintendo DS. She's the Sinnoh Champion with hair the same length as Seph's haha. No idea why but I think she ROCKS OUT LOUD. She is too cool for words!
